Tank
4000 Gallon tank w/ .25″ aluminum construction and 3″ structural channel reinforcement lower perimeter. (2) Full height interior baffles w/ rolled perimeter reinforcement. Lockable 20″ manhole cover w/ pressure and suction relief w/ full length handrails both sides of tank – 6″ high. Calibrated sight gauge w/ shut-off valves top and bottom and expanded metal protection for poly carbonate indicator tube. Velocity fuse protection provides for automatic shut-off in the event of tube failure. (4) Lifting D-rings provided at outside top of tank.
Oil Containment
Containment trough below inlet and outlet to provide easy clean up in controlled environments. Tapered trough bottom with ball valve.
Valving
Inlet and outlet copper quick couplers w/ quarter-turn ball valves at each location. Inlet provided w/ internal diffuser for oil circulation to the top of the tank. 2″ gate valve w/ security plug provided at right rear of tank for controlled oil drain.
Breather
2″ Diameter copper breather installed at tank top w/ waterproof cap.
